Technical Note: The supplied technical data sheet provides dimensional tolerances and test requirements but does not state the actual nominal plank length, plank width or wear-layer thickness. These values must be confirmed according to the selected product specification before quotation and production.
Test Data Notice: The notation “T/P” is reproduced directly from the supplied data sheet. The applicable wear-resistance class should be confirmed for the selected product model. The VOC and heavy-metal units should also be verified against the complete third-party laboratory report before being used in formal tender documents.
Data-Sheet Disclaimer: The supplied sheet states that the data was tested and issued by a third party and is provided for reference only. It should not be treated as the confirmed performance specification of a specific product unless the tested sample, model number and production specification are verified.

Key Features and Benefits

Realistic Wood Appearance

Printed wood-grain designs and embossed textures provide a warm, natural appearance for residential and light-commercial renovation projects.

Fast Self-Adhesive Installation

The factory-applied adhesive backing eliminates the need to spread separate wet adhesive on suitable indoor subfloors.

Controlled Dimensional Tolerances

The supplied test sheet records passing results for length, width, total thickness, straightness and squareness.

Heat Stability

The product passes the stated dimensional-stability and heat-curling requirements under GB/T 4085-2015.

Low Residual Indentation

Residual indentation passes the stated requirement of no more than 0.10mm according to ISO 24343-1.

Stain-Resistant Surface

Testing records no observable surface change under the stated stain-resistance requirement.

Water-Resistant PVC Surface

The PVC surface is suitable for routine spills and damp cleaning. The completed self-adhesive installation should not, however, be treated as a permanently waterproof system.

R9 Slip Resistance

The flooring passes the supplied DIN 51130 requirement of R9 or higher.

Color Stability

The product passes the stated color-fastness requirement of Grade 6 or higher.

Controlled Chemical Content

Residual vinyl chloride monomer, soluble lead, cadmium and formaldehyde are reported as not detected in the supplied data.

Installation Steps

1. Inspect the Subfloor

Confirm that the surface is structurally stable, level, smooth and free from cracks, loose material and excessive moisture.

2. Clean and Dry

Remove dust, oil, wax, grease and other contaminants that could reduce adhesive bonding strength.

3. Plan the Layout

Measure the room, establish reference lines and dry-lay several pieces before removing the release paper.

4. Peel and Position

Remove the backing paper gradually, align the flooring carefully and avoid contaminating the adhesive surface.

5. Press and Roll

Press the flooring firmly and use a suitable hand roller or flooring roller to achieve full adhesive contact.

6. Protect After Installation

Avoid washing, dragging furniture or applying concentrated loads until the adhesive has achieved sufficient bonding strength.

Installation Notice: Install only over smooth, flat, clean and dry indoor surfaces. The flooring is not recommended for dusty or uneven concrete, damp subfloors, loose ceramic tiles, outdoor areas, shower rooms or locations exposed to standing water. Primer or additional compatible adhesive may be required depending on the subfloor condition.
