Premium Wood Grain Badminton Court PVC Flooring Roll

Our Premium Wood Grain Badminton Court PVC Flooring Roll combines a natural wood-grain appearance with the resilient performance required for indoor badminton clubs, school gymnasiums, training centers, resorts, and multipurpose sports facilities.

The 4.5 mm and 5.0 mm specifications are designed for projects requiring practical cushioning, controlled foot movement, and convenient roll installation. Both specifications feature a 0.5 mm wear layer, L-Cal foam backing, and optional SINOPROTECT® surface treatment.

The 4.5 mm flooring provides shock absorption of at least 15%, while the 5.0 mm specification reaches at least 18%. A sliding coefficient of 80–110 helps provide controlled movement during badminton footwork, including lateral steps, lunges, and changes of direction.

B2B Core Advantages for Badminton Court Projects

  • Wood-Grain Court Appearance: The natural wood-grain visual offers an alternative to traditional solid-color badminton flooring for clubs, resorts, schools, and private sports facilities.
  • Controlled Foot Movement: The sliding coefficient of 80–110 supports controlled lateral movement and changes of direction during badminton training and recreational play.
  • Practical Cushioning Options: The 4.5 mm specification provides at least 15% shock absorption, while the 5.0 mm specification provides at least 18%.
  • Stable Surface Response: Vertical deformation is controlled at no more than 2 mm, and energy return reaches at least 0.31 m/s.
  • Commercial Wear Performance: Abrasion resistance of no more than 350 mg, impact resistance of at least 8 N/m, and indentation resistance of no more than 0.5 mm support frequent indoor use.
  • Low-Emission Indoor Flooring: TVOC emissions after 28 days are below 200 µg/m³, and the product passes toxic substance testing according to GB 18586-2001.
  • Efficient Roll Installation: The standard 1.8 m x 20 m roll format is suitable for large-area indoor court installation with fewer transverse joints.
