B2B Core Advantages for Gymnasium and Stadium Projects
- Professional Maple Appearance: The maple wood-grain visual creates the appearance of a traditional indoor sports floor while offering the easier maintenance and faster installation of PVC sports flooring.
- Thickness-Based Shock Absorption: Shock absorption ranges from at least 15% for the 4.5 mm product to at least 35% for the 8.0 mm product, allowing contractors to select a suitable specification for different sports and project budgets.
- Consistent Ball Performance: Ball bounce of at least 90% supports basketball, volleyball, badminton, and multipurpose indoor sports activities.
- Controlled Athlete Movement: A sliding coefficient of 80–110 supports a practical balance between foot grip and controlled sliding during multidirectional movement.
- Stable Sports Response: Vertical deformation is controlled at no more than 2 mm, while energy return reaches at least 0.31 m/s across all available thicknesses.
- Durable Commercial Construction: Abrasion resistance of no more than 350 mg, impact resistance of at least 8 N/m, and indentation resistance of no more than 0.5 mm support frequent indoor sports use.
- Low-Emission Indoor Flooring: TVOC emissions after 28 days are below 200 µg/m³, and the product passes toxic substance testing according to GB 18586-2001.
