Multi-Sport Arena Lychee PVC Sports Flooring

Our Multi-Sport Arena Lychee PVC Sports Flooring is designed for schools, gymnasiums, community sports centers, training facilities, and multipurpose indoor venues that accommodate basketball, volleyball, badminton, physical education, and recreational activities.

The flooring is available in thicknesses from 4.5 mm to 8.0 mm, allowing contractors and distributors to select different cushioning levels according to venue requirements. All specifications feature a 0.5 mm wear layer, a 1.8 m roll width, L-Cal foam backing, and optional SINOPROTECT® surface treatment.

Shock absorption increases with total thickness, from at least 15% for the 4.5 mm product to at least 35% for the 8.0 mm product. Controlled vertical deformation, stable energy return, ball bounce performance, and a sliding coefficient of 80–110 support a wide range of indoor sports applications.

B2B Core Advantages for Multipurpose Sports Projects

  • One Series for Multiple Venue Requirements: Five thickness options allow distributors and project contractors to serve recreational rooms, school gymnasiums, training halls, and higher-cushion multipurpose sports areas with one product range.
  • Thickness-Based Cushioning: Shock absorption ranges from at least 15% to at least 35%, allowing projects to select the required comfort and impact-reduction level.
  • Stable Sports Performance: Vertical deformation remains at no more than 2 mm, energy return reaches at least 0.31 m/s, and ball bounce reaches at least 90%.
  • Controlled Athlete Movement: The sliding coefficient of 80–110 supports a practical balance between grip and controlled movement in multipurpose indoor venues.
  • Commercial Durability: Abrasion resistance of no more than 350 mg, impact resistance of at least 8 N/m, and indentation resistance of no more than 0.5 mm support frequent institutional use.
  • Low-Emission Indoor Flooring: TVOC emissions after 28 days are below 200 µg/m³, and the product passes toxic-substance testing according to GB 18586-2001.
  • Flexible Color Planning: Different surface colors can be used to distinguish courts, activity zones, borders, and circulation areas, subject to confirmed production availability.
