Conductive and Static-Dissipative Flooring for Healthcare,
Laboratories and Sensitive Equipment Areas
Protect sensitive medical, laboratory and electronic equipment with our 2.0mm homogeneous vinyl ESD flooring. The product is
available in both conductive and static-dissipative resistance ranges,
allowing project contractors to select the appropriate flooring according
to the electrical grounding and electrostatic control requirements of
each facility.
In addition to electrostatic performance, the flooring provides
antibacterial performance, low TVOC emissions, formaldehyde-free test
results, dimensional stability and resistance to staining and chemicals.
It is suitable for hospitals, laboratories, medical equipment rooms,
data rooms and other controlled commercial or industrial environments.
Conductive and static-dissipative resistance options help protect
sensitive medical, laboratory and electronic equipment from
uncontrolled electrostatic discharge.
Testing according to ISO 22196 records more than 99% bacterial
growth inhibition, supporting hygiene-sensitive healthcare and
laboratory environments.
The product is recorded as not affected under the EN 423:2001
resistance-to-staining and chemical-resistance test.
TVOC emissions are recorded at less than 10μg/m³ after 28 days,
supporting projects with strict indoor air-quality requirements.
Castor-chair testing records no delamination or cracking, while
residual indentation is controlled to no more than 0.10mm.
Class 34 commercial and Class 43 industrial ratings support use
in demanding medical, laboratory and technical environments.
The flooring is classified Bfl-s1 for fire performance and
achieves an R9 slip-resistance rating with a friction value of
at least 0.3.
Formaldehyde was not detected under EN 717-1, and the product
complies with the toxic substance requirements of GB 18586-2001.
Recommended applications include hospital medical equipment rooms,
imaging support areas, laboratories, pharmaceutical supporting areas,
electronics rooms, operating equipment areas, data rooms, control rooms
and other locations requiring controlled electrostatic discharge.
This product should not be promoted as ordinary hospital homogeneous
flooring for all departments unless the selected project specifically
requires ESD performance. Conductive or static-dissipative flooring
should be selected according to the project electrical design and
grounding requirements.
