Group T Wear Resistance for High-Traffic Commercial and Industrial Interiors
Meet demanding commercial and industrial flooring requirements with our Class 43 homogeneous vinyl sheet flooring.
Manufactured with a compact homogeneous PVC structure and reinforced
PUR surface treatment, the flooring provides Group T wear resistance,
low residual indentation and stable performance under frequent
pedestrian and wheeled traffic.
The product is classified for Class 34 commercial and Class 43
industrial use. It is suitable for factories, laboratories, workshops,
healthcare facilities, schools, offices and other high-traffic interiors
where wear resistance, stain resistance and easy routine cleaning are
required.
Castor Chair Suitable: Suitable for correctly installed commercial and office areas
exposed to wheeled-chair traffic.
Antistatic Behaviour: The technical data sheet identifies the flooring as having
antistatic behaviour.
Underfloor Heating: Suitable for compatible underfloor heating systems, subject to
adhesive and installation requirements.
Chemical Resistance: Suitable for areas requiring routine resistance to common
cleaning products and chemical agents.
The product is classified for Class 43 heavy-duty industrial
use, supporting demanding indoor facilities with frequent
pedestrian and routine wheeled traffic.
Group T wear resistance supports long-term use in heavy
commercial, institutional and industrial interiors.
The tested 2.0mm flooring records a residual indentation of
0.02mm, helping reduce permanent pressure marks under normal
commercial use.
The reinforced PUR surface treatment improves resistance to
routine staining, cleaning and daily wear.
The product data sheet identifies the flooring as suitable for
castor-chair applications when installed over an appropriate,
stable subfloor.
The technical data records no staining under EN 423 and also
identifies the flooring as resistant to routine chemical exposure.
Dimensional variation is controlled below 0.4% in both
transverse and longitudinal directions.
Available thicknesses from 2.0mm to 3.0mm allow contractors and
distributors to match different project specifications and
installation requirements.
Recommended applications include production workshops, laboratories,
warehouses with pedestrian and light wheeled traffic, healthcare
facilities, schools, public buildings, offices and other heavy-traffic
commercial or industrial interiors.
For forklifts, pallet trucks, AGVs, concentrated machine loads or
long-term heavy pallet storage, the wheel type, axle load, turning
frequency, subfloor strength and adhesive system must be evaluated
separately. A specific load test should be obtained before claiming
suitability for these applications.

Technical Note: The detailed test results shown above correspond to the tested
2.0mm specification. Although 2.5mm, 2.6mm and 3.0mm versions are
available, their individual weight, residual indentation and load
performance should be reconfirmed before quotation or project bidding.
Class 43 classification does not by itself confirm suitability for
forklift or pallet-truck traffic.
