Heavy-Duty Commercial SPC Flooring for High-Traffic Interiors
Designed for demanding commercial environments, our Heavy-Duty SPC Flooring combines a rigid stone-plastic composite core with an enhanced wear layer and a durable UV-treated surface. It is developed for flooring distributors, project contractors, retail chains, hospitality projects, offices, and other interiors where stable performance and easy maintenance are required.
Available with 0.50 mm or 0.70 mm wear layers, this commercial SPC collection offers greater surface protection than standard residential configurations. Optional attached underlayment, surface textures, click systems, and private-label packaging are available according to project requirements.

B2B Core Advantages for Commercial Projects
-
Enhanced Wear-Layer Options: Available 0.50 mm and 0.70 mm wear layers provide greater surface protection than standard residential SPC structures, making them suitable for selected commercial interiors.
-
Durable UV-Treated Surface: The UV coating helps improve resistance to everyday scratches, scuffs, stains, and routine cleaning. Optional ceramic-bead-enhanced coating can be evaluated for projects requiring additional surface protection.
-
Stable Multi-Layer Construction: The reference technical sheet records a passing result for layer peeling strength and a good result for layer shear force, indicating stable bonding under the stated test conditions.
-
Resistance to Furniture and Rolling Chairs: The tested sample recorded a mean residual indentation of 0.01 mm and showed no disturbance or delamination during the castor chair resistance test.
-
Glueless Project Installation: The click-lock system supports floating installation without traditional wet adhesive, helping reduce installation time, job-site disruption, and labor requirements.
-
Flexible Commercial Customization: Product thickness, wear layer, attached pad, surface texture, click system, carton design, labels, and private branding can be coordinated according to project and distributor requirements.
-
Project-Specific Technical Support: For commercial bids, product construction, installation method, traffic conditions, rolling-load requirements, fire standards, slip-resistance requirements, and warranty conditions should be confirmed before final specification approval.
