ABA Structured WPC Vinyl Flooring: Enhanced Stability and Comfort

Our ABA Structured WPC Vinyl Flooring combines a resilient WPC core with balanced upper and lower PVC layers. The symmetrical construction helps distribute internal stress and supports reliable dimensional performance in residential and commercial interior applications.

The 10mm rigid-core construction provides a comfortable underfoot feel, while the precision click-lock system enables clean and efficient floating installation. Tested performance includes B1 fire classification, ≥R10 slip resistance, dimensional stability, high-temperature warping resistance, and low-emission characteristics.

B2B Core Advantages for Contractors & Distributors

  1. Tested Dimensional Performance: Dimensional change after heating is limited to ≤0.25%, while high-temperature warping is controlled within 2mm according to the provided technical data.
  2. Precision Click-Lock Assembly: The tested assembly gap is controlled to an average of ≤0.15mm and a maximum of ≤0.20mm, supporting clean and consistent joints.
  3. Reliable Layer Bonding: Ply adhesion reaches at least 75N/50mm, helping reduce the risk of separation between flooring layers during normal use.
  4. Fire and Slip Performance: The tested construction achieves B1 fire classification and a slip-resistance classification of ≥R10.
  5. Indoor Environmental Performance: Formaldehyde was not detected, while the heavy-metal and CA 01350 TVOC emission tests achieved passing results.
