Cushioned PVC Sports Flooring Roll for Indoor Courts
Designed for indoor sports and multipurpose activity areas, our cushioned PVC sports flooring combines a durable 0.5mm wear layer with a resilient foam backing. Multiple thickness options provide different levels of shock absorption, allowing project buyers to select a suitable construction for training rooms, gymnasiums, badminton courts, multipurpose halls, schools, and recreational facilities.
The tested flooring provides controlled sliding performance, consistent ball rebound, low vertical deformation, reliable impact resistance, and a comfortable cushioned feel underfoot. Available thicknesses range from 4.5mm to 8.0mm, with shock absorption increasing from at least 15% to at least 35%.

B2B Core Advantages for Sports Projects
- Multiple Shock-Absorption Levels: Project buyers can choose from five thicknesses, with tested shock absorption ranging from at least 15% for the 4.5mm construction to at least 35% for the 8.0mm construction.
- Consistent Ball Performance: All listed constructions provide a tested ball-bounce result of at least 90%, supporting predictable ball response during indoor sports.
- Controlled Player Movement: The flooring provides a sliding-coefficient range of 80–110 and vertical deformation of no more than 2mm according to the supplied data.
- Durable Commercial Construction: Abrasion resistance is controlled within 350mg, impact resistance reaches at least 8N/m, and indentation resistance is no more than 0.5mm.
- Fire and Indoor-Air Performance: The listed constructions achieve B1 fire classification, TVOC emissions below 200µg/m³ after 28 days, and a passing result for toxic-substance testing.
