Key Product Features

Moisture-Resistant WPC Core

The WPC rigid core is suitable for routine household spills and damp cleaning. Correct perimeter sealing and installation are still required in moisture-prone rooms.

Group T Wear Performance

Group T wear classification supports long-term use in residential and suitable commercial interiors.

R10 Slip Resistance

The tested flooring achieves an R10 or higher slip-resistance rating according to DIN 51130.

Dimensional Stability

Dimensional variation after heating is controlled to no more than 0.25%, while high-temperature warping is limited to 2mm.

Strong Layer Adhesion

The tested ply-adhesion strength reaches at least 75N per 50mm, supporting stable bonding between the flooring layers.

Resistance to Routine Chemicals

The tested surface shows no obvious change after the stated chemical and stain-resistance evaluation.

Formaldehyde Not Detected

Formaldehyde emission is recorded as not detected under the supplied GB 18580 test information.

Natural Wood-Look Appearance

Decorative wood designs provide a natural interior appearance without the routine refinishing required by traditional hardwood flooring.

Comfortable Underfoot

The thicker WPC construction provides a softer and more comfortable walking feel than thinner rigid-core flooring.

Easy Floating Installation

The interlocking plank system supports efficient floating-floor installation without full-spread wet adhesive.

B2B Core Advantages

Thick 10mm Construction

The tested 10mm specification offers a substantial underfoot feel for residential developments, hospitality interiors and commercial renovation projects.

Wide 230mm Plank Format

The 230mm-wide plank format creates a spacious visual effect and allows wood-grain patterns to appear more prominent.

Stable Plank Joints

The technical sheet controls the average assembly gap to 0.15mm or less and the maximum gap to 0.20mm or less.

R10 Slip Performance

R10 or higher slip resistance supports residential and commercial interiors where secure pedestrian movement is important.

Color Stability

Color fastness of Grade 6 or higher helps reduce noticeable fading under normal indoor light exposure.

Environmental Test Performance

The supplied data records formaldehyde as not detected and reports passing results for heavy metals and TVOC emissions.

Recommended Applications

  • Living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas
  • Apartments, villas and residential developments
  • Hotels, serviced apartments and guest rooms
  • Boutique retail stores and showrooms
  • Offices, meeting rooms and reception areas
  • Renovation projects requiring floating installation
Installation Notice: The subfloor must be dry, flat, clean and structurally stable. Although the WPC core is moisture-resistant, the completed floor should not be installed in shower rooms, permanently wet areas or locations exposed to standing water unless a complete waterproof installation system has been designed.
