Conductive and Static-Dissipative Flooring for Electronics,
Laboratories and Controlled Environments
Protect sensitive electronic equipment and controlled working
environments with our 2.0mm homogeneous vinyl ESD flooring.
The product is available in both conductive and static-dissipative
electrical resistance ranges, allowing contractors and distributors to
select the appropriate specification according to the project grounding
design.
Its homogeneous structure provides consistent performance throughout
the product thickness, while low residual indentation, stable dimensions,
antibacterial performance and low TVOC emissions make it suitable for
electronics production areas, laboratories, healthcare facilities,
server rooms and other static-sensitive commercial or industrial spaces.
Two electrical resistance ranges allow flooring contractors to
match the product with different electronic production,
laboratory and equipment-room requirements.
TVOC emissions are recorded at less than 10μg/m³ after 28 days,
supporting projects with strict indoor air-quality requirements.
Class 34 commercial and Class 43 industrial classifications
support use in heavily occupied commercial areas and demanding
industrial facilities.
The flooring shows no delamination or cracking under castor-chair
testing and maintains residual indentation at no more than
0.10mm.
Antibacterial testing records more than 99% growth inhibition,
supporting hygiene-sensitive commercial, healthcare and
laboratory applications.
The product is classified Bfl-s1 for fire performance and
achieves R9 slip resistance with a dynamic friction value of at
least 0.3.
Dimensional change is controlled to no more than 0.40%, helping
reduce visible movement and joint problems after correct
installation.
The product series is available as continuous 2m-wide sheet
flooring and 600 × 600mm tiles for different layouts and project
installation requirements.
Suitable applications include electronics assembly facilities,
semiconductor supporting areas, laboratories, control rooms, data
centers, telecommunications rooms, medical equipment rooms and other
environments requiring controlled electrostatic discharge.
Cleanroom classification depends on the complete room system, including
walls, ceilings, ventilation, installation materials and operational
controls. A specific ISO cleanroom class should only be stated when
supported by a corresponding project or product test report.
