Multi-Thickness Sports Flooring with L-Cal Foam Backing

Our PVC Sports Flooring is designed for indoor badminton courts, table tennis halls, school gymnasiums, training centers and multipurpose sports venues.

The flooring combines a durable 0.5mm wear layer with an L-Cal foam backing, providing controlled vertical deformation, stable ball bounce and thickness-specific shock absorption. Five thickness options are available to meet different venue performance requirements and project budgets.

Shock absorption increases progressively from at least 15% for the 4.5mm specification to at least 35% for the 8.0mm specification, allowing contractors to select a suitable performance level for each indoor sports project.

  • Five Performance Levels: Thickness options from 4.5mm to 8.0mm allow importers, contractors and venue operators to select an appropriate balance between firmness, comfort and project budget.
  • Progressive Shock Absorption: Shock absorption ranges from at least 15% for 4.5mm flooring to at least 35% for the 8.0mm specification.
  • Stable Ball Performance: All listed thicknesses achieve ball bounce of at least 90% according to EN 12235.
  • Controlled Player Movement: The sliding coefficient of 80-110 helps provide a balance between grip and controlled movement during lateral steps, turning and sudden stops.
  • Controlled Vertical Deformation: Vertical deformation remains at no more than 2mm across all five available thicknesses.
  • Commercial Wear Performance: The 0.5mm wear layer, abrasion resistance of no more than 350mg and impact resistance of at least 8N/m support use in commercial indoor sports venues.
  • Indoor Environmental Performance: TVOC emissions after 28 days are below 200µg/m³, and the flooring passes toxic substance testing under GB 18586-2001.
  • Optional Surface Protection: SINOPROTECT treatment can be selected according to project maintenance and surface protection requirements.

Specification Selection: 4.5mm and 5.0mm flooring provide a firmer sports surface and are suitable for projects with moderate shock-absorption requirements.
