Premium Wood Grain PVC Flooring for Dance and Aerobic Studios

Our Wood Grain PVC Sports Flooring combines a warm, natural appearance with the resilient performance required for dance studios, aerobic rooms, fitness clubs, school activity rooms, and multipurpose indoor sports facilities.

The flooring is available in total thicknesses from 4.5 mm to 8.0 mm. For dance, aerobics, Zumba, and group fitness spaces, the 5.0 mm and 6.0 mm specifications provide practical options for balancing shock absorption, controlled vertical deformation, and stable foot movement.

The product features a 0.5 mm wear layer, L-Cal foam backing, and optional SINOPROTECT® surface treatment. Its sliding coefficient of 80–110 is designed to provide controlled movement across indoor sports and activity applications.

B2B Core Advantages for Studio Projects

  • Natural Wood-Grain Appearance: The wood visual creates a warm and professional environment for dance studios, aerobic rooms, boutique fitness centers, and school activity spaces.
  • Two Practical Cushioning Options: The 5.0 mm specification provides at least 18% shock absorption, while the 6.0 mm option provides at least 25% for projects requiring additional impact reduction.
  • Controlled Movement: The sliding coefficient of 80–110 supports controlled foot movement during group fitness, aerobic exercise, and general dance activities.
  • Stable Surface Response: Vertical deformation is controlled at no more than 2 mm, helping provide a consistent surface during repeated movement and exercise.
  • Durable Commercial Performance: Abrasion resistance of no more than 350 mg, impact resistance of at least 8 N/m, and indentation resistance of no more than 0.5 mm support frequent studio use.
  • Low-Emission Indoor Flooring: TVOC emissions after 28 days are below 200 µg/m³, and the product passes toxic substance testing according to GB 18586-2001.
